INGREDIENTS 1. Shrimp - 2 lbs 2. Onions - 2 medium 3. Tomato - 2 small 4. Green Chilies - 4 5. Curry Leaves - Handful 6. Garam Masala - 2 Tbsps. 7. Coriander powder - 1 Tbsps. 8. Chilie powder - 1 Tbsps. 9. Ghee - 2 Tbsps. 10. Tandoori Masala - 2 Tbsps. 11. Coriander leaves - handful 12. Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp 13. Salt - 2 tsp 14. Cloves - 3 15. Cinnamon stick - 1 stick 16. Cardamom - 5 17.  Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp METHOD 1.Marinate shrimp with turmeric, chilies powder, garam masala, coriander powder, 1 tsp salt and tandoori masala. 2. To make the tadka, heat the ghee in a heavy pan until hot, add the cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom stir, curry leaves and chilies. 3.Chop onions and add it to the tadka. INGREDIENTS 1. 4 eggs 2. 1 onion large 3. 1 tomato large 4. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 5. 2 cloves 6. 1/2″ cinnamon stick 7. 2 pods elaichi (cardamom) 8. 1 star anise 9. ¼ tsp mustard seeds 10.¼ tsp jeera seeds 11. 2 tsp Garam Masala 12. 3 green chilies 13.Curry leaves METHOD 1. Boil eggs . 2. Heat Oil. Add onion and let it semi cook, add ginger garlic paste and fry for a little bit. 3. Add tomatoes and sauté. 4. INGREDIENTS 1. Tender Okra - 20 2. Besan /Chickpea Flour - 6 tbsp 3. Rice Flour - 2 tbsp 4. Turmeric - a pinch 5. Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp 6. Baking Soda - a pinch 7. Salt 8. Water 9. Oil for deep frying THADKA 1. 1 small onion, cut lengthwise 2. 2 garlic cloves chopped 3. 2 green chilies 4. 1 tsp each of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, channa dal 5. 2 tsp red chili powder 6. 1 tsp Coriander powder 7. Pinch of turmeric powder 8. 1 stalk of curry leaves 9.  Salt to taste 10. 2 tbsps oil 11. 10 roasted cashews (broken) METHOD 1. Cut okra lengthwise into 4 strips. 2. Ingredients 1.       Non-Stick Cooking Spray 2.      1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 3.      1/2 cup butter, melted 4.      1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk 5.      2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips 6.      1 1/3 cups flaked coconut 7.      1 cup chopped nuts  Method 1.Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. 2.Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in small bowl. Press into bottom of prepared pan.
