Shrimp Ghee Roast
INGREDIENTS
1. Shrimp
- 2 lbs
2. Onions
- 2 medium
3. Tomato
- 2 small
4. Green
Chilies - 4
5. Curry
Leaves - Handful
6. Garam
Masala - 2 Tbsps.
7. Coriander
powder - 1 Tbsps.
8. Chilie powder - 1 Tbsps.
9. Ghee
- 2 Tbsps.
10. Tandoori
Masala - 2 Tbsps.
11. Coriander
leaves - handful
12. Turmeric
powder - 1 Tsp
13. Salt
- 2 tsp
14. Cloves
- 3
15. Cinnamon
stick - 1 stick
16. Cardamom
- 5

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
METHOD
1.Marinate
shrimp with turmeric, chilies powder, garam masala, coriander powder, 1 tsp salt
and tandoori masala.
2. To
make the tadka, heat the ghee in a heavy pan until hot, add the cinnamon stick,
cloves, cardamom stir, curry leaves and chilies.
3.Chop
onions and add it to the tadka. Sauté till light brown.
4.Add
the ginger and garlic and fry. Add tomato puree and stir for a few minute.
6.Now
add the marinated shrimp and let it cook.
