Mickey mouse Oreo Cookies - made these for Veds second birthday


Ingredients
1.       Double stuffed oreo cookies
2.      Chocolate melting chips
3.      Mini oreo cookies
4.      lollipop sticks
5.      Treat Bags
6.      Mickey mouse stickers

 Method
1.       Melt chocolate melting chips in microwave, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
2.      Dip the lollipop stick into the chocolate, Gently slide a lollipop stick directly through the center of the Oreo cookie (through the white filling in the middle) and stop just before it comes out the other end. Lay on waxed paper for chocolate to dry.
3.      Open the mini open cookies and dip one side into the chocolate and slide it on top as ears.
4.      Let them cool and decorate them they way you want. I just added some M&M’s.
5.      If you want to give them as party favors, pop each one into a cellophane bag, then tie a little ribbon at the bottom.(I used mickey mouse club house stickers)

Birthday Banner made with Craft paper and ribbons


Found craft paper ar Michael which had mickey mouse club house print on them, made funnels and pinned them onto straws. For the party I added gummy bears!


Toodles - made with round shaped floral arrangement styrofoam, Lollipops and craft paper

Treat Bags - red treat bags, Black craft paper and stickers.


For the party used floral arrangement styrofoam stuck it onto a plate with double sided tape.

Ingredients: 1. 2 cups long-grain basmati rice 2. 1 onion, thinly sliced 3. 3 whole cloves 4. 1 large cinnamon stick 5. 3 green cardamom pods 6. 1 star anise 7. 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces 8. 1 tomato, diced 9. 1 cup coconut milk 10. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 11. 1 tbsp ghee or unsalted butter 12. 1 bunch fresh mint leaves, chopped 13. 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped 14. 2 tsp garam masala 15. 3 green chilies, sliced (optional) 16. 3 strands of mace (javitri) Method: 1. Chocolate cookie bites (Parle-G)

  Ingredients: 4 sticks salted butter, at room temperature 3/4 cup icing sugar (85g) 8 tablespoons cocoa powder 8 packs of Parle-G biscuits 1 cup water, at room temperature (250ml) 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee powder (I prefer Bru) Chopped or grated Cadbury chocolate for topping (optional) Instructions : Prepare the Frosting: In a large mixing bowl, beat the room-temperature butter with a hand mixer on low speed until light and creamy. Siftin the icing sugar and cocoa powder. Stir gently to combine, then continue beating with the hand mixer until smooth. Taste and adjust the sugar or cocoa as needed.
