Ingredients 1.        Double stuffed oreo cookies 2.       Chocolate melting chips 3.       Mini oreo cookies 4.       lollipop sticks 5.       Treat Bags 6.       Mickey mouse stickers   Method 1.        Melt chocolate melting chips in microwave, until chocolate is melted and smooth. 2.       Dip the lollipop stick into the chocolate, Gently slide a lollipop stick directly through the center of the Oreo cookie (through the white filling in the middle) and stop just before it comes out the other end. Caramel Custard

Ingredients 1.       Eggs-3 2.      Sugar-1/2 cup (use a little more if you like it sweet) 3.      Milk- 2 cups 4.      Vanilla essence-1 tbsp For the caramel: Sugar-3 tbsp Baking Ramekins-4-5 moulds or one deep baking dish. You will also need a large shallow metal or oven proof bake ware to set the moulds in and bake. Method Caramel Base: Heat the sugar mixed with 1 tsp water in a nonstick pan on medium heat till the sugar starts melting. Do not use anything to stir and just shake the pan to spread the heat. When the sugar starts turning into golden brown liquid, let it simmer and then pour it equally in all the ramekins or mould. Tilt the dish all around to coat the bottom evenly and a little up the edges. The syrup will harden quickly so pour and spread into one mould at a time. Ingredients 1.       1 box cake mix (cook as directed on box for 13 X 9 cake) 2.      1 can cream cheese frosting (16 oz.) 3.      1 package chocolate bark (regular or white chocolate) 4.      wax paper   Method Make a 13×9 cake. Any flavor you like, just follow the instructions on the box. Let it cool. Crumble the cake (always fun for the kids) and add in 1 can of frosting. Throw it into the refrigerator for 15 minutes. After refrigerating, form the mixture into balls (also fun for the kids). Then place a sucker stick into the top of each cake ball. Pop them into the refrigerator for another quarter hour. Ingredients 1.       150 g marshmallows 2.       50 g soft butter 3.       250 g good dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids), chopped into small pieces 4.       60 ml hot water from a recently boiled kettle 5.       1 x 284 ml tub double cream 6.       1 teaspoon vanilla extract 7.       Belgian chocolate thins Method 1.     Put the marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water in a heavy-based saucepan. 2.    Put the saucepan on the hob, over heat, though keep it fairly gentle, to melt the contents, stirring every now and again.
